Oxley Woods RICS Award for Sustainability

The Oxley Woods housing development in Milton Keynes - developed in association with Taylor Wimpey - has won the the 2008 RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) South East Award for Sustainability.  The award was presented at a ceremony in Oxford on 22 May when the best entrants in the South East region for Building Conservation, Community Benefit and Regeneration categories were also announced.
