Simon joined Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners in 2006 and was made an associate 2007 and an associate partner in 2016.
He is currently project architect for Old Burlington Street, a mixed-use gallery and residential development in London’s Mayfair and also 1 Beekman Street, a residential tower in in New York made up of 30 apartments with three levels of commercial space at the base of the building. The proposed tower will stand at 25 storeys giving excellent views across City Hall Park.
Simon was previously project architect on NEO Bankside, a £135million, award-winning residential scheme adjacent to Tate Modern in London. Leading a large architectural team Simon has followed the project’s development through to its completion.
He has worked on a feasibility study for a mixed-use scheme in Toronto and was involved in the designs for 3 World Trade Center. He has experience of all stages of the building process from concept design to detailing and construction.
Before joining the practice, Simon worked on a diverse range of schemes around the world including: in Kathmandu as a consultant to UNESCO and local NGOs; and for Wilkinson Eyre Architects in London as a senior design architect specialising in arts, commercial and high-rise projects.
