Louise Palomba - Associate Partner

Louise is a wonderfully efficient and collaborative architect and designer with a comprehensive understanding of our commercial needs as a client

Alistair Wood, AEG Europe

Louise joined the practice in 1990, became an Associate in 1999 and was made an Associate Partner in 2011. She works in all aspects of the business, combining design work with business management.

Her design experience covers feasibility through to detail design and site work for some of the practice’s key projects. In her role as a project leader, she works with multi-disciplinary teams to evolve design work for projects both in the UK and abroad, through the planning process to the production of coordinated design information.

Louise recently worked on the redevelopment of Thames Wharf, the site of our former office to a mixed-use residential-led scheme. Most recently, she has been working on the redevelopment of the Berkeley Hotel, Knightsbridge, London and is currently working on competition schemes in Qatar, Shenzhen and Ho Chi-Minh.

Louise plays an active role in the practice management, ensuring that the values of the practice are adhered to and that all staff concerns are taken into account. She is involved with HR-related matters, team coordination and liaises with the Communications team.
