Summary of Experience

As lead architect on projects such as Centre Building at The London School of Economics, NEO Bankside and Mossbourne Community Academy, Tracy has a track record of delivering innovative schemes on some of the most complex urban sites.

Tracy joined the practice in 2000, was made an Associate in 2004, an Associate Partner in 2011 and a Partner in 2016. She has been involved in a wide range of projects at all stages, across the residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors.

From initial competition in 2013 through to completion in 2019, Tracy remained the partner responsible for the design development and delivery of the LSE’s new Centre Building. By building a strong and mutually respectful relationship with the LSE estates team and wider consultant group, Tracy was able to lead the team through the brief evolution, stakeholder consultation, design development and contractor selection process.

Tracy has been a member of the RIBA awards group for the last 4 years and has judged the Architect’s Journal Women in Architecture award for the last 2 years. She is a founder and member of the Higher Education Design Quality Forum (HEDQF), manages the internal resourcing for RSHP and leads the recruitment team. In 2020, Tracy won the inaugural MJ Long Prize for Excellence in Practice.
