Currently, Tracy is lead architect for the new Centre Buildings Redevelopment which includes an enhanced public space as well as an academic building at The London School of Economics (LSE) on the Holborn campus. In addition, Tracy manages the internal resourcing for RSHP and leads the recruitment team.
Tracy is a founder member of the Higher Education Design Quality Forum (HEDQF), a group which exists to promote high-quality design in university campuses, buildings and facilities, in the knowledge that the quality of the estate enhances the student experience of teaching and learning.
The Forum pursues these aims through several means: visits to university building of particular interest in the UK and overseas; dissemination of information on best practice and latest thinking through workshops, films, seminars and debates; and an annual conference on a specific topic. The Forum also undertakes and publishes research relevant to promoting high-quality design in higher education.
